Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Season Cookshop
Affix your prepaid shipping label or your own postage to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
