Running through the core of the saucepan is a highly heat conductive layer of aluminium that goes all the way up the sides of the pan for perfectly even cooking. As a result, the Season Tri-Ply Saucepan will last a lifetime, have no issues with being put in the dishwasher or the use of metal utensils, and delivers excellent results in the kitchen.
