We have almost managed to create an entire meal with the Garlic Twist. Add a clove of garlic, half a chilli and twist, add to a pan with a little olive oil and heat gently. Add a couple of olives, some basil and a little more olive oil, twist. Stir some spaghetti through the chilli and garlic mix, stir through the olive and basil tapenade, season, sprinkle over a little grated Parmesan, and you have a thing of beauty.
