The Netherton Foundry Spun Iron Wok Lid 33cm is made in Britain and pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish. Please be aware that Netherton woks are not always 100% round as they are hand formed. As such, if you want a sealed style lid, this won't be for you. The lid is great for steaming food or preventing splashing whilst cooking but it won't be a concentric fit to the wok.
Why choose a pre-seasoned wok lid? The edible Sussex flax oil coating is easy to wash, naturally non-stick, and the coating can be simply restored at home, time after time. The lid is ready for immediate use.
