It means you can cook delicate fish as well as the usual suspects without fear of sticking. It also makes it easy to wash up. The heavy gauge construction also means even heat distribution, so you won't have some eggs frying away while others are undercooked.
The Barcelona Pro has a timeless design: the pitch-black colour looks sophisticated and contrasts beautifully with the mirror finish premium handles, manufactured in cast stainless steel.
